SHIPPING POLICY

Introduction

At Balconyrock, we strive to deliver quality home and garden leisure furniture, ergonomic nursery rocking chairs, and developmental children’s ride-on rockers to your home in a safe and efficient manner. We cooperate with leading shipping companies to ensure that every rocking chair, patio seat, or infant glider is processed and transported under reliable conditions. By understanding our shipping workflows, delivery timelines, and transit guidelines, you can ensure a smooth delivery experience for your home styling projects.

Shipping Destinations & Address Limitations

To ensure standard delivery tracking, signature confirmation, and stable transportation of large home goods, we limit our service coverage area.

Eligible Regions: We currently ship orders exclusively to addresses within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). We do not provide shipping services to Alaska, Hawaii, or any unincorporated territories of the United States.

P.O. Box & Military Address Limitations: Due to the specialized routing requirements, secure address verification protocols, and carrier tracking limitations associated with military mail networks and automated storage lockboxes, we are currently unable to ship orders to standard P.O. Boxes or APO, FPO, and DPO military addresses. We understand the importance of serving those who serve our country, and we are actively working with our logistics partners to find viable routing and verification solutions to support our military customers in the future.

Shipping Rates & Costs

We aim to keep our delivery pricing simple and transparent, allowing you to plan your household furniture additions without hidden fees at checkout.

Free Shipping Threshold: We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders with a total purchase amount of $98.00 or more (after all eligible discounts have been applied).

Flat Rate Shipping: For any orders with a total checkout amount below $98.00, a flat-rate shipping fee of $8.00 will be added during checkout. This fee covers standard transit handling and shipping carrier costs.

No Hidden Fees: The shipping rates displayed at checkout represent the complete cost of transportation. There are no additional fuel surcharges or handling taxes added after your payment has been processed.

Order Processing & Delivery Timelines

To ensure your home rocker or patio chair is prepared properly, we observe structured timelines. Please note that all estimated shipping times are calculated in business days (excluding weekends and major federal holidays).

Daily Order Cutoff Time: Our daily order cutoff time is 3:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time). Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

Timelines and Calculations: The total delivery timeline for your order is composed of two distinct operational stages: Order Processing Time and Transit Time.

Order Processing Time + Transit Time = Total Estimated Delivery

Order Processing Time: This phase takes 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday). During this time, your payment is cleared, your item details are verified, and the transport documents are prepared.

Transit Time: Once standard carriers accept the shipment, standard transportation takes 3-8 business days (Monday through Friday) to complete delivery.

Total Estimated Delivery: Your package is expected to arrive within 4-11 business days from the date your order is successfully processed.

Order Tracking & Split Shipments

Once transportation is initiated, we provide comprehensive digital tools to keep you informed of your shipment’s journey.

Tracking Number Activation: As soon as your shipping label is generated, a confirmation email containing your tracking information will be sent to your email address. Please note that tracking details typically require 24-48 hours to become active and show scanning updates within the carrier’s tracking system.

Split Shipments: To ensure the safest transport, large items or orders containing multiple products may be packaged in separate boxes. If your purchase is shipped in multiple packages, you will receive separate tracking links for each parcel. These packages may arrive at slightly different times, but no additional shipping fees will be charged for split shipments.

Address Accuracy & Missing Packages

We rely on the accuracy of the address information provided by the customer during checkout to ensure successful delivery.

Customer Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to verify that the shipping address is completely correct and includes all necessary unit, apartment, or suite numbers before final payment. Balconyrock is not responsible for shipment losses, carrier returns, or delivery delays resulting from incomplete or incorrect address inputs.

Delivered but Missing Packages: If your tracking link shows your package as “Delivered” but you have not received it, we recommend checking with family members, looking around your porch, or asking neighbors. If the package remains missing, you must contact the carrier directly within 5 business days of the marked delivery date to file a formal trace or claim. Balconyrock is not responsible for replacement costs for packages confirmed as successfully delivered by the carrier.

Damaged in Transit

While we partner with reliable national shipping companies, accidents during transport can occasionally occur.

Reporting Window: If your package or the product itself arrives damaged, please report the issue to our customer care team at Payment@balconyrock.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Required Documentation: To file a valid shipping claim, you must provide clear photographs of the damaged product as well as the outer shipping box (including a legible view of the shipping label). Please do not discard the original packaging materials or the product until our team has reviewed your claim and provided instructions.
