Shipping & Delivery

Q: Where do you ship your products?

A: We ship orders exclusively to delivery addresses within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, standard P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses at this time due to specialized routing and tracking verification limitations of standard carriers.

Q: How long does the shipping process take?

A: The delivery timeline consists of two stages: order processing and transit. Order processing takes 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday), and transit takes 3-8 business days once accepted by standard carriers. The total estimated delivery timeline is 4-11 business days.

Q: What are your shipping costs, and when is your daily order cutoff?

A: We offer free standard shipping on all orders with a purchase total of $98.00 or more. For orders below $98.00, a flat shipping rate of $8.00 is added during checkout. Our daily order cutoff time is 3:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time). Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return window, and what product condition is required?

A: You can request a return within 30 business days of receiving your shipment. We accept returns of items that have been gently experienced and remain in a resale condition, with all original packaging and components intact.

Q: Do you charge restocking fees, and how do I initiate a return?

A: We maintain a $0.00 restocking fee policy on all returned purchases. To initiate a return, please email us first at Payment@balconyrock.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and to confirm the correct returns address. Returning items without an approved RMA may prolong the review and processing timeline of your refund. If the return is due to product quality issues, we are responsible for the return shipping fees.

Q: How long does the refund process take?

A: Once your return is received at our returns address, our team will review the returned items within 1-3 business days. Once your refund is approved, the transaction is credited back to your original payment card, and standard banking institutions typically take 5-10 business days to post the funds to your account statement.

A: Yes, our nursery rockers, wood climbing toys, and garden chairs feature high-quality solid timbers such as beech, walnut, and acacia. Natural wood grain patterns, organic texture depth, and minor knots are natural characteristics of natural wood rather than crafting flaws, highlighting the unique beauty of every wooden chair.

Q: Will the fabric color of the chair look exactly like the digital photos?

A: Slight color variations may occur due to different monitor calibrations, device screen brightness settings, or various room ambient lighting temperatures. These minor ambient lighting color shifts are standard physical phenomena of high-quality upholstery fabrics and are not considered defects.

Q: How should I clean and maintain my plush ride-on horse or velvet chair?

A: For plush fabrics or velvet upholstery, we recommend brushing gently in the direction of the pile using a soft cloth to maintain its texture. Spot-clean minor stains immediately with a damp cloth and mild soap, and ensure all solid wood frames are kept completely dry.

Q: What payment methods do you accept, and are there transaction surcharges?

A: We accept payments exclusively via standard major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, COD, or electronic wallets, and we guarantee a $0.00 transaction surcharge policy.

Q: How secure is my payment information on your website?

A: Your checkout transaction data is protected using standard 256-bit SSL encryption technology. Our network is fully compliant with PCI-DSS standards, and we never save, store, or have access to your full credit card number or CVV code on our local servers.

Q: Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
