We understand that finding the right aesthetic and comfort level is an individual process. If you decide that your purchase is not the right fit for your living space, we are here to support you with a straightforward, transparent, and accommodating return process.
Return Window & Eligibility
We believe in giving you ample time to experience your home furniture. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within our designated return period.
Return Window: You can request a return for your items within 30 business days of receiving your shipment.
Eligible Product Condition: We gladly accept returns of products that have been unboxed and gently experienced. We allow returns of items with light use, provided they are in a resale condition with their original packaging and components intact. This means the items should remain free from accidental stains, tears, structural wood damage, or missing support bolts.
Objective Characteristics & Easy Returns: To help you manage expectations, please note that minor color variations under different home lighting, standard natural wood grains in beech or walnut bases, and minor padding compression are normal characteristics of home furniture and materials. We welcome your returns if you feel these natural qualities do not match your decor goals, and we will never use standard material variations to hinder, delay, or prevent your return process.
How to Initiate a Return
To help us track your return package and prevent processing delays, we coordinate our returns systematically.
RMA Request and Returns Address Guidelines: Before shipping any items back, please contact our customer care team at Payment@balconyrock.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and to confirm the correct returns address. Sending your package back without a pre-approved RMA may prolong the review and processing timeline of your refund. Please contact us to receive the proper instructions and label routing. * Sender Address Notice: Please do not mail your items directly back to the physical registered office address or the address shown on the courier label unless instructed, as this may delay your refund review.
Return Shipping Costs
We believe in fair shipping cost allocation based on the circumstances of your return.
Merchant Responsibility (Quality Issues): If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, we are fully responsible. We will cover all return shipping costs for these items. Please send clear photos of the issue to Payment@balconyrock.com, and we will provide a prepaid shipping label so you can return the product at no cost to you.
Buyer Responsibility (Change of Mind): If you choose to return an item because you changed your mind, selected an alternative wood finish, or found that the chair does not fit your room dimensions, you are responsible for the return shipping fees. You may use a carrier of your choice to return the items to our confirmed returns address.
Restocking Fees
To provide the most accommodating return experience for our customers, we do not impose any handling penalties or processing deductions on returns.
Zero Restocking Fees: We are proud to maintain a $0.00 restocking fee policy. You will receive a full refund of your purchase price, subject to standard return shipping allocations.
Refund Process & Timeline
We handle your refunds systematically, ensuring you receive your funds back as quickly as possible.
Processing Period: Once your return is received at our returns address, our team will review the returned items. This review and processing phase is completed within 1-3 business days.
Notification and Payment Method: We will notify you via email as soon as your refund is approved and processed. Your refund will be credited back automatically to the original credit card used during your purchase.
Bank Timeline: Once we initiate the refund transaction, standard banking institutions typically take 5-10 business days to post the funds to your account statement.
Order Cancellations & Fraud Prevention
We process orders efficiently to ensure prompt deliveries, but we understand that plans can change.
Order Cancellation Window: If you need to cancel or modify your purchase, please contact us at Payment@balconyrock.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Once this time window has passed, or if your package has already entered the courier system, the shipment cannot be stopped. You may, however, return the package to our confirmed returns address within 30 business days of arrival for a refund.
Fair Trade Protection: To ensure fair service for all customers, we reserve the right to review return histories. In rare circumstances involving intentional product damage, deliberate material exchanges, or missing structural hardware, we reserve the right to adjust the final refund amount. We communicate all reviews openly and politely with our customers.
