Errors, Shipping & External Delays

Pricing and Inventory Errors: In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect inventory details due to a typographical error or pricing system discrepancy, Balconyrock reserves the right to correct the error. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed for products listed with incorrect pricing, even if the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your card has been charged, we will immediately process a full refund to your original payment method.
Courier and External Delays: Once standard carriers (such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS) accept packages for transport, the physical delivery schedule is managed by the carrier.
